Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime. You will still receive any letters you have paid for, and you will not be charged going forward.

Prepaid plans (3, 6, and 12 months)

Prepaid plans are paid once, up front. They cannot be canceled or refunded mid-term. You will receive all the letters you paid for, and the plan ends when the term ends. Prepaid plans do not renew automatically.

Gift plans

Gift plans work the same way as prepaid plans. They end after the term you choose and do not renew automatically.

If your letter doesn't arrive

If your letter has not arrived by the 1st of the following month, contact us and we will send a replacement.
